My Art Studies Series explore specific experiences I’ve had while embedded within the natural world of the Pacific Northwest. Here are some of the many flying and crawling creatures that captured my attention on the first day of spring the year I lived on the side of a mountain on a small off-grid island in the Salish Sea.

As always, at least 10% of sales (more when I can manage it) are donated to indigenous organizations and local nonprofits working to restore our Salish Sea.
