payment

this website accepts visa, mastercard, or paypal payments. all order information is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard ssl technology.

for your own protection, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment, and all credit card payments must be from a u.s. bank. we reserve the right to cancel orders not meeting these requirements.

international customers are encouraged to pay via paypal, a safe, secure, low-cost way to make credit card payments online. please note that you don't need to create a paypal account to use the paypal shopping cart service. simply click on the "if you do not currently have a paypal account click here" box in the middle of the paypal prompt page once you've checked out. they'll take your credit card information for us.

u.s. order fulfilment

unless otherwise specified in the item's description or a follow-up email from me, all orders are filled and shipped once a week [generally every monday] with usps taking an additional 2 - 7 business days to deliver your package to you. usps will send you a delivery confirmation email the day your new goods leave our hands. please note that these deliverieCANNOT be guaranteed - feel free to email me if you'd like to arrange (more expensive but guaranteed) delivery options at orders@jillbliss.com.

international order fulfilment

refunds/returns

i try my best to describe the products as accurately as possible and strive to make each piece the best it can be, but the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products mean that there might be slight differences.
